Gravewood FX creates handmade props and products intended primarily for haunted attractions, Halloween displays, events, and entertainment purposes.
Because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, shape, size, and finish are normal. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Product photos are intended to represent the general appearance of the product. Actual products may have slight differences.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Gravewood FX.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be changed at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your order.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order will be prepared for shipment.
Gravewood FX reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
3. Shipping
We ship to locations currently supported at checkout.
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided on our website or during checkout. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Gravewood FX is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Damaged Products
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
Because our products are handmade, normal variations in appearance are not considered damage or defects.

Gravewood FX props are intended for decorative and entertainment purposes.
Customers are responsible for properly installing, displaying, securing, and maintaining their props. Props should be used in an appropriate environment and kept away from conditions that could damage the product or create a safety hazard.
Gravewood FX is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or unsafe use of our products.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular prop is appropriate for their attraction, event, display, or intended use.
