At Gravewood FX, every prop is handmade and inspected before it ships. We build our props to be haunt-ready and durable enough to make it through the season, but because each piece is handmade, no two props will be exactly alike.
Shipping
In-stock products typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During peak haunt season, conventions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Because our props are handmade and often contain irregular shapes and materials, some larger orders may require additional shipping or special packaging. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping.
Important:
Gravewood FX props are designed for haunted attractions, events, displays, and Halloween use. Props should be handled and installed appropriately for their intended use.
Returns
Because our props are handmade, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
We accept returns on eligible unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must not have been modified, painted, cut, repaired, or otherwise altered.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
We carefully package our props before they leave our shop, but occasionally shipping carriers aren’t as gentle as we’d like.
If your prop arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The damaged prop
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We’ll work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Handmade Variations
Our props are handmade, so minor variations in color, texture, shape, paint, and finish are normal and are part of what makes each Gravewood FX piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
